Louisa Mae is under a year old and is looking for her forever family!
We rescued her from a woman who wasn't able to take care of this special little girl properly. Instead of being thrown out onto the streets, we took her to Shih Tzu Rescue where she has thrived. She has a shiny black coat and is full of spunk and sparkle. And like any young pup, she loves to play!
